HEY, I'M AUBREY

I am a full-time web designer and owner of the AQ Design Studio. But my path through life to get to this point hasn't always been a straight-forward one. So let's roll back the tape, see how I was able to achieve my dreams, and how I'm going to help you achieve yours. 

I grew up in Las Vegas, the city of bright lights. Graduated high school with advanced honors at 16 years old, and went straight into college. Sounds pretty good right? Except that I was mentally miserable and living life on everyone's terms except my own. I started majoring in drugs & alcohol in college, and eventually dropped out. I battled my addiction for many years, became even more miserable, and lost myself completely. 

Then I met my now husband, had some beautiful babies, and got my life together. After a few years, I decided to go back to college and prove to myself that I was in fact worth more than my addiction convinced me I was. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, while simultaneously working a 12 step program, and not only proved to myself that I could accomplish my goals, but also heal and learn to love myself in the process.

I've always had that creative eye for things, and during my time in college leaned more towards Front End Web Development. Upon graduating, I knew I wanted a job creating websites for people, but I found myself fighting the idea of what society considers successful: commuting into Seattle, working for a big tech company, and giving up quality family time for my career. That didn't align with what I wanted out of life, and I felt that feeling of not living life on my own terms once again. 

So after some deep soul searching, I decided to open up my own business doing what I am passionate about, helping other business owners go after their dreams, and start living life on MY terms. Because I now believe that I am worth living a life worth more, and guess what?  SO ARE YOU. Only a month after launching my business, I sold out my beta offer and we've been growing ever since. When you start believing you are worth more, the universe has your back 100%. And I fully believe that. 

My main goal is not to just create beautiful, functional websites for other businesses, but to be your biggest cheerleader and support you on your journey. I've had countless support over the years, and I want to give back what was so freely given to me. I want to watch you grow and help elevate your business to it's full potential. So you can live out your dreams too. We're in this together, and I can't wait to watch you soar!
